Johoku R&D CO., Ltd. is a small team of elite engineers spun off from Johoku Chemical Co., Ltd., itself a development-oriented chemical concern, in November 1993. The company was established to offer more widely the high-level development skills amassed at Johoku Chemical Co., Ltd., a leader in organic phosphorus compounds, ultraviolet absorbers and corrosion inhibitor products.

Our major services include development of specialty chemicals, joint research, development consigned research and development consigned analysis. In all of our work, and we aim to provide the highest standard of product and technology quality possible.

Currently we are working on a variety of developmental themes, including a special phosphorus compounds for pharmaceutical intermediates, a multi-functional polymer stabilizer, an antagonist against environmental endocrine disrupters, and a high purity corrosion inhibitor for semiconductor manufacturing, as well as developing nuclear fuel reprocessing technology.
